Sunita's Kitchen serves the community with interactive
Indian Cooking Classes. We provide a culinary avenue for cultural enrichment
and recreational enjoyment in a casual and practical learning environment.
The menu for each class ranges from traditional to fusion recipes. Sunita conducts 5 different levels of cookery classes. At the end of 5 levels the participant can end-up learning upto 100 recipes from various parts of India.
Participants are provided with the recipes for the dishes and a shopping
list with all the ingredients.
Participants will :
» Discover the roots of eastern and western vegetarianism
» Adventure into the culinary world of Indian cuisine
» Learn how to prepare quick, easy and low-fat dishes
» Explore the concept of "curry"
» Discover how to stock an Indian pantry
» Learn to blend your own spice powders (garam masala)
» Cook tantalizing dishes from simple vegetables and fresh herbs and
spices
» Meet other people with similar culinary interests
Classes are small with 4-6 participants and hands-on cooking is encouraged.
Private classes are available upon request.
