1) Chana (black) 1 cup boiled
2) coconut 1/2 cup grated
1/4 onion piece
cinamon stic 1
cardamom 3
red chillies 4
coriander powder 3 tbsp
3) turmeric powder 1
4) tsp green chillies 5
5) garlic flakes 3
6) salt to taste.

Fry all the ingrediants
mentioned in the 2nd item in a tbsp of oil. cool it & grind
to a fine paste.
Boil the kala channa and keep seperate. Heat a tbsp of oil in pan
add garlic to it, pour in the paste, add turmeric, green chillies
salt & channa. let it boil for 10 mts
For seasonig:

Mustard 1 tsp
Curry leaves 14
Method:

Add oil in a kadhai, put in the mustard seeds till it splatters,
add the curry leaves and pour the mixture over the curry.
Cooking Time : 30 mins.
Preparation Time : 15 mins.
Serves : 4 to 5 people
